DHA Multan is a new housing scheme venture project by Defense Housing Authority. Authority (DHA) is the largest city planners and developers of Pakistan. The Multan DHA was launched about in 2016 but official launching was announced in March 2017.
Multan is the fifth largest city of Pakistan. Located in the south central Punjab province at the bank of River Chenab, it is also called the “City of Saints”. DHA Multan is ideally located at Bosan Road near Bahauddin Zakariya University. It is planned on a large area lying between Bosan Road & Matital Road. Head office of DHA Multan is located at Multan Public School Road near Northern Bypass.
Location of the project is quite attractive and close to main interconnecting arteries. Since the project has just launched, this location will be quite populated by next 5 to 10 years when DHA Multan will be livable with all living facilities.

Multan DHA Plot prices
DHA Multan consists of different sizes of residential and commercial plots. Earlier it consisted of just 1 kanal residential plot files, but recently it launched 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots as well as 4 marla and 8 marla commercial plots. The bookings were announced in march 2017, and the balloting for plots was held on 31st May, 2017
Multan DHA Development Status
DHA Multan has already completed some initial development work. It has erected the main gate and some internal roads are built. Formal commencement of developement work in Sector A was announced on 12th June, 2017. Normally DHA projects take about 8 to 10 years to be fully developed, so you can expect first possessions by next 3 to 4 years.
